We know what it's like to lean in, but maybe it's time to lean back? Join our panellists as they chat about the next generation of feminists putting the girlboss to bed.
Millennials have leaned in so far that they’ve fallen over. And (perhaps) they got what they were chasing: A relentlessly demanding job, a side hustle that swallowed their downtime, and an iPhone that never stops pinging.
But is it time for Millennials to finally lie down and have a nap? While the infinitely more chill Gen Z takes the reins and dumps career feminism for something more inclusive and less, err, pink?
Is burnout the only path to modern career success? Will all the girl bossing in the world win a pay rise for those women stuck in the underpaid and undervalued care economy? Is a confidence boost any substitute for actual systemic change? And can Gen Z remake the game, for the better?
