Piano Day 2022 features an exclusive broadcast of new performances by classical, experimental and contemporary musicians including Andrea Lam, Amanda Palmer, Ian Munro, Vatche Jambazian and Zubin Kanga.
Founded by Nils Frahm in 2015, the 88th day of the year was declared Piano Day - a nod to the 88 keys on a modern piano.
Piano Day is a Sydney Opera House New Work Now presentation, supported by a generous Sydney Opera House donor who wishes to remain anonymous.
