In January 2022, Sydney-siders were treated to an unusual spectacle: one brave woman perched atop a giant ice cube, suspended high above the city’s harbour at the peak of summer. THAW marked a dramatic return for renowned local company Legs on the Wall, who delivered an art installation as metaphor for climate change in a world hanging – quite literally – in the balance. Catch all the highlights of this nine-hour performance, plus interviews with the talented people behind the project.
